THE COFFEE
Freshly roasted specialty coffee from Finca Naya, packaged in 12oz compostable bags. The perfect micro-climate and rich volcanic soil on steep terrain make for an unparalleled “terroir” that can be tasted in the beans’ distinctive characteristics. Our innovative fermentation methods highlight the coffee’s flavor complexity. The resulting cup is rich and creamy bodied, reminiscent of toffee with undertones of fruit and citrus. The flavor lingers with hints of caramel and honey, leaving the palate with prolonged sweetness.

THE VAULT
An elegant airtight canister with CO2 degassing valve that stores up 1lb of coffee. CO2 is emitted naturally by coffee and should be vented. Using an innovative freshness valve, our zero-BPA Coffee Vault releases CO2 but seals out oxygen. With the calendar date wheel, you can track roast- or expiration dates, alerting you of potentially stale coffee.
