We roast to order in small batches and display the roast date on each bag. The coffee will arrive at your doorstep at peak freshness, after having degassed a few days in transit.

For maximum freshness, keep your coffee in a cool and dry place, away from heat and light, in its original packaging or airtight container. We’d like to debunk the myth of storing coffee in the refrigerator or freezer, exposing your beans to moisture will accelerate flavor loss.

We don’t ever flavor our coffee! We keep our specialty coffee pure with its unique flavor profile.

We do offer ground coffee for various brews. We do, however, recommend the purchase of whole bean coffee, since we find coffee has its peak aroma when freshly ground before brewing.

Dry coffee beans are a sign of freshness and craft roasting. Only a very dark roast – not recommended for our specialty beans - will seep oil. However, eventually over several weeks any bean, light or dark, will develop an oily sheen.

At this point we do not offer decaf.

Your account will allow you to track your order history, change password or cc information, change / pause your subscription services, adjust your order volume based on your consumption, update your profile.

You can reset your password by simply logging in with your username and click on “forgot password”. A confirmation email will be sent with a one-time code to reset your password. The same procedure would apply if you forgot your username.

Once you placed your order, a confirmation email will be generated, indicating that your order has been received, when it was processed and shipped. Once shipped, a tracking number will be generated. You can use that tracking number to located your shipment. If for any reason you can’t find our shipment or the shipment got lost, please reach out to our support team at support@nayapremiumcoffee.com

Most credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express are accepted, while Apple Pay, Google Pay are also welcome.

You will be billed at the time of checkout, but subsequent orders will charge one day before your coffee is scheduled to be shipped.   Your account will then renew on the same date either every 14 days or month – depending on your chosen delivery schedule.  

You can review billing schedule and ship dates by logging in to your account and checking out the subscriptions section of your account portal.

You can cancel at any time before an order has been shipped. Please note that if you cancel less than 7 days before your next ship date, cancellation will not take effect until after that shipment.

If your order has been shipped, subscriptions require a minimum of one delivery before you are able to cancel.  After your first shipment, you may cancel at any time without incurring fees.

Shipping is always free for subscriptions! 

We offer complimentary shipping within the contiguous United States on orders over $40.  Please add a $5 shipping for one-time orders under $40.  The shipping fee is added at check-out. 

Subscriptions can be paused either through the subscription portal or by sending us an email at info@nayapremiumcoffee.com.  Our staff will gladly assist you setting the next delivery date.

Yes, it can. All orders are shipped by priority mail. Though additional time should be anticipated due to the higher demand over the holidays.

All our shipping is done by priority mail, scheduled to arrive within 3 business days after being received by the USPS.

As per the United States postal service (USPS), priority mail remains a “non-guarantee” service.

Make sure to order early for shipments to arrive on or before December 25th. Due to the high demand over the holidays, shipments may become delayed, something out of our control.

We offer free shipping for subscribed members and orders over $40. For individual orders, we are charging a flat, subsidized fee.
